[Happy] Family

This family looks very "happy"...and I don't believe it's all because they're apparently goth; as we see later. But I love how these portraits were made. It's like back in the past, how portraits and photos were all super serious for reasons at the time. Or maybe it's because they represent a dukedom, as said on reiiizend's image?
I did not know photoshop could make pieces that look like so realistic watercolor-ish! Shows what I know about the program's capability. But Reiiizend did an amazing job with both that and with the intent!

Inktober 2021

At first I thought the red mark on the top image was to get past some of dA's demands but, looking at it again, I could almost see the character holding it using some kind of magic on the arrow before shooting from a crossbow. Or maybe they caught it with that bit of power? Very very fun to imagine with! And look how sour that lemon is--making even the paper it's on pucker!
Both of these pieces definitely show what kind of control Reiiizend has with photoshop's ink tool, I'm amazed! Excellent work here.

Spiritual Marriage

And here is the heiress again, certainly not enjoying this "lovely" marriage. She has to be under some awful control to be crying tears of blood or to have it hinted that she's had her mouth cut open from the lip...This poor woman having to be traded about like a piece of paper in those times! (Of course, maybe the realm in the story either hasn't left that time period or she absolutely hates where she had to marry to strengthen the unity between her group and the one she had to marry into.)
This bit of story is so very clear with how Reiiizend painted it! And just look at the hand that's holding her...this piece has so much to say... I love it!

This artist has so many very interesting pieces in her gallery with many of her OCs, each telling a different story! Reiiizend's gallery is here, go enjoy!

Reyn Offers You a Gift

First off, I love the colors in this piece. The blue and teal in the background help set off the dark purple Reyn is and I love his hair. His eyes were super well done as well!
I wonder what's in the gift he's giving us? It's been wrapped up very cutely and I can't help but adore the bow that HammerWriter managed to put on it. This is all so well done!

Heart's City

I wonder who lives in the town so high? It almost appears that flight would be required to get up there...but maybe there's a way up hidden in the stone? The houses at the bottom edge of the rock are beautiful too. To just get a chance to live nearby such a place!
That sky is just gorgeous; I'm in love with it! And what do you think about the forest right on the edge of the road we're looking down? It is so lush! Beautiful work.

Izzy and Sisu's Halloween Confusion

Aah, to be on the way to a halloween party and meet up with someone dressed up like you. How embarrassing! I bet the two had a lovely time after the surprise.
Sisu is the dragon here and it really does look like Izzy had the right idea for her costume. She looks so cute as a mini dragon! Can't forget how pretty Sisu looks, pretending to be a pony too. It works perfect in my eyes. Lovely piece!

Amazing works, right? Here is the link to HammerWriter's gallery; you'll love what else you can see!

Mortelle Est La Nuit

This is the piece that drew me to Ewen's gallery to begin with. Isn't it just amazing the way that he used the blue and white to help show the limit to the figure's black body? I also love how he got the closed eye colors to work out.
It does seem like the figure is definitely wearing makeup or something, doesn't it? I wonder how much work it took to get all of this to adjust right? I know I've said it twice but this piece really does amaze me.

Homme Bleu

In this piece, Ewen mentions it's a photomanipulation. I'm glad he did, because I'm not sure that I would have noticed. Look at those marks on the figure's face, don't they look just like brushstrokes? And take a look at the background; specifically the upper left. That seems like a leaf design to me, not to mention that part just below it.
I just keep having more and more to look at the longer I take looking at this one. Amazing work!

Oizys

This one is interesting, I can only get glimpses of the image's story by reading the tags on dA!
What I can understand is that she's a Greek goddess and that, for some reason, she's sad. The image does look like she's cracking apart, doesn't it? I wonder if these brush strokes on her face are meant to be fire...or maybe that she's encased in ice with reflections showing what she is seeing?
Love this work!

These have been some pretty great paintings, haven't they? Be sure to check out Ewen Feuillatre's dA gallery to see even more of what he creates, especially with color!

Portrait of Dodol

This is such a cute cat portrait! And just look at those ears of confusion. "What was all that about?" XD Or something like that. It's certainly 100% cat. I personally love how the eyes came out. But those stripes, too, looking completely fuzzy? Makes me want to petpet this cat, if he or she would have it at all!
I wonder how long this took? It's a gorgeous piece of work.

Portrait of Machin

Another super well done painting of a cat! Love how well that white on the chest came out. And how absolutely fuzzy! I'm again in love with how the eyes look, too.
Knowing how cats can be, it had to be difficult to keep its attention like that. Then again...XD Absolutely gorgeous baby there, excellent work!

Portrait of Princesse

This cat has this little bit of offended curiosity to it. Not cooperative enough to really want to turn its head, but look how far to the side it's watching!
And just look how furry this cat has turned out! Makes me want to just cuddle this one so very much. ...probably to more offense for the cat, without doubt. But I love the painting here, amazing work!

These three pieces were absolutely amazing! Go check out MomoDoesArts' whole gallery, and please enjoy yourselves while you're there.
