Sims 4 distraction

I was temporarily locked out of my email and this site last week. So I tried to distract myself by playing with Sims and creating a place on the center-right lot in Hanford-On-Bagley. (I think it was 2 Old Mill Lane before I moved my character in?) It's been quite fun to toy with it!

Also! Many thanks to James Turner on youtube for being my reference on how to get the base for an A-Frame to work out. My previous attempts didn't work at all for this lot and this house fit perfectly for a single sim!

I just played around til I got to water section to work out on this lot, but this video was helpful in figuring how to create a piece of a lake in back of this lot.

Have been playing minecraft

I spawned in a pretty good space that has a game caused hole in the center, so of course Norux would find himself wanting to care for them, right? XD Have been building a little bit so far, trying to remember how to make things look different than just boxes. So far so good!

The white building on the right is supposed to be a shopping center of some kind and the houses behind that are the two I've recently built. The large building in the center is a far too large barn but the horses, cows, llamas, and sheep are well protected from my game's addiction to rain. Don't worry, the ground in there is grass under the animals' feet!

Of course, the villagers are just so grateful for the new fence around the hole. Super grateful. Can't you see how happy that they won't fall down that giant, game-created hole?

With that success, I felt it more than proper to build a bridge from where my elemental (Norux) lives to this town. They seriously want to thank him so so much for protecting them so of course it needed to be made easier.

So so many visits... (Sims 4)

So it started in the early morning. Tre, the vampire who lives off the grid on a small farm, was awake and taking care of his garden and animals when this showed up. Well crap, his source of money is getting knocked down, is it? Ugh...

One of the eight chickens in the coop right there was passing away, poor gal. And Grim was having nothing to do with Tre trying to chat with him at the moment. Pretty darn rude, don't you think!

(So things went on as they do but this time, Grim just did the cutest thing I've ever seen this game's version of death do. Scritches to the hen he's taking to the other side! Had to share it. It's always so fun how this character will often do something sweet with an animal that is passing.)

Meanwhile, because he lost a chicken, Tre apparently went kinda hysterical to the point that he absolutely had to do push ups for his broken heart and mind. And during this agony that he's living through, a rabbit friend had been taken to the other side. No headstone or anything either, mercy.

But this wasn't the end of this horrible day for this poor sim. Nope. Not at all! Just as Tre got the nerve to step back out and feed the rest of his chickens...

There the stealer is again, no cares to what Tre is trying to do at all. Sheez it's so rude. This is the majority of Tre's money during the winter months, WHY does Grim keep turning up! And right after taking this chicken, he comes back for yet ANOTHER!

...Dude!

And yeah. It's about here that my friend pops up with his so Helpful ways during this terribly trying time.
Friend: "I fucking burst reading the 'Dude. XD' message again. so indignant. so offended." And then merely seconds later, "XD you found a way to do the "Riches to Rags" challenge. just have Death slowly steal your income one by one"
As if  the Grim Reaper wasn't being bad enough right now, right? And THEN, as if all of this hadn't happened so very quickly, the camera pans over to a place nearby Tre's property...a fox collapses, taking it's final breath...

Poor little baby!

So Grim stole four of Tre's chickens and he had to take a fox along with all these poor things. How terrible to have to witness this whole story. And then there was this ONE MAN who stood somewhere just outside Tre's property, just waiting. Watching.
Preparing for the next invasion...

...oh no...

Feature 165 -- sphelon8565

Battle Rehime | Ace Gallants

Love the characters that sphelon8565 drew here! He mentions that there are a few video game characters as well as the obvious comic characters. I think that he put all of them in the perfect places for this whole group, it definitely keeps things interesting.
The sketch for this piece was done in 2015 and he links to it in the artist comments. He's also been great in keeping up a fanfiction and linking to it--I'll post the link to that when I'm signing off!

Battle Rehime | To the Sky

This one has to be my favorite image from this feature. It was sketched in 2017 and it's no wonder that he was able to paint it so well. I personally love the clouds floating behind them and just how well the ground beneath them was designed.
Wonder what the ship is called? Have to have seen it somewhere...but let's just look at that one in armor! A Skywraith Mage, if I've read the artist comments proper?
And I so have to say it again; Sphelon8565 does perfect in positioning the characters!

Battle Rehime | Young Leaders

Here are several of the characters in his story meeting up in one of the places! Again, I have to go on about how well I enjoy the work done. The room they're in looks so busy but a great place for friendly training.
...knowing how some shows do, I bet the gals wiped the floor with them briefly. Even a real training combat would be pretty cool in the area!

All three of these pieces have been so fun to work with, thank you Sphelon8565! Here is his deviantart gallery. His Wix link is here and his Wattpad is right here. Head over and check everything out!

4-Story Tiny Living build, Sims 4

Outdoor and Sitting Area, floor 1

When you first go into this house, you're greeted with the sitting area to entertain guests and read or watch television in. And what house wouldn't have a fully operational bathroom in easy reach?  (Thank goodness for bb.moveobjects on! That's the only way that the sink, toilet, and shower works out in just three tiles. XD)

Outdoor and Kitchen, floor 2

Can you believe the kitchen has room for 3 sims to sit? It shocked me when that finally worked out--at least the Sim who lives here can have guests. XD He or she should be quite pleased with that, as small as I cut everything down to be...Fridge, counter, sink and a dishwasher underneath the counter so it has everything that a good kitchen ought to have.

Outdoor and Study, floor 4

In my eternal intelligence, I forgot to get screenshots of floor 3 (that floor that's only showing as brick with few windows). That was just a teeny bedroom and bathroom with a tub instead of shower. Nothing much to really miss...but just take a look at that nice study. Chess set, couple of bookshelves, computer, and an instrument on the left. I imagine that this is the space that the character who lives here would spend most of their time in.

I am clearly still having plenty of fun with this Tiny Living pack that I bought a little bit ago! What do you think of my first 4-story house? Would you have other ideas to try out? Let me know!
