Have been playing minecraft

I spawned in a pretty good space that has a game caused hole in the center, so of course Norux would find himself wanting to care for them, right? XD Have been building a little bit so far, trying to remember how to make things look different than just boxes. So far so good!

The white building on the right is supposed to be a shopping center of some kind and the houses behind that are the two I've recently built. The large building in the center is a far too large barn but the horses, cows, llamas, and sheep are well protected from my game's addiction to rain. Don't worry, the ground in there is grass under the animals' feet!

Of course, the villagers are just so grateful for the new fence around the hole. Super grateful. Can't you see how happy that they won't fall down that giant, game-created hole?

With that success, I felt it more than proper to build a bridge from where my elemental (Norux) lives to this town. They seriously want to thank him so so much for protecting them so of course it needed to be made easier.

All Boro Island--Cutie Pies

I really enjoy how sweet these two look! One of them is meant to be her persona (I assume the one with the purple hair) and the character with green hair is apparently a boyfriend to the character.
The setup is so cute, too! She's working on her tablet and he, all in fun, pokes her for distraction and play. And can we just chat about how comfortable that chair looks? I also just now noticed how green her eye is. Looks so great against the purple of her hair!

Sparks

This girl promises to be interesting. I wonder how many stories AliKatt0 has written or drawn about her? Because Sparks definitely seems like she's trounced more than one fight!
It's hard to decide which version I like most between the one in center where she's holding an umbrella behind her back or the one with the magic up and around her in the lower left. On that, I wonder if the umbrella is just that or if it's maybe one of her weapons? Could be wrong, but the design at the top of the umbrella definitely makes it seem like something to cast through!

Town Unknown--The Farmer and his Dog

And to end the feature is what has to be the cutest little design I've seen lately. This was made with Minecraft in mind and I was immediately able to tell with how the torches surrounding this location look. So not only that but there is an absolutely gorgeous sunset going on! Love how well that was painted and how many shades of color AliKatt0 got into the sky.
The farmer and his basket looks great, too. Love his straw hat! And let's just stop at the dog and his so cute pouch he's wearing. Really enjoy how fuzzy the dog is!
In all, a gorgeous piece.

Altera WIP & current bit of Minecraft build

 
Have to say that I didn't expect the firelight to look so decent against Riac and Trezari! It's going to come out perfectly against Zen when I finally paint it on him! Also look forward to showing Zen's wind brushing some against his hair. Can't wait to share the next bit! ^^

As for Minecraft, I've gotten a couple of large roads built up with lighting against it...

I have always ALWAYS had Norux (a volcano/fire elemental in an old story of mine) sort of afraid of heights. Minecraft just proves why he might have this fear. XD Just imagine, for a brief moment, that you fell this far...

Thank everything that I play in Creative. XD If I didn't, he would have died from this drop. ...serves me right for exploring a mountain range!

Something a little more interesting? This cave seems to be connected to a mine! I just have to find where...It can't be that far away. There were very many Zombies and Creepers in this one space! So it's time to dig outward in some form to try to find the space--it would be great to be able to ride in and out in a cart.

If I keep playing on this save (after such a gift why not?), I'll be building a town and a few more spaces nearby and will share what I can!

Chatter and Minecraft

I've not gotten too much further on the picture as of this moment (darn busy days).
Pretty excited for next month though--they asked me to help out in VBS again. 2 more weeks until it starts! As I remember, that was the most exhausting week last year but it was so worth it. ^^

Also, a friend showed me the strangest of images. I didn't know that Minecraft had started giving googly eyes to creatures and characters. XD Or maybe I just missed it while the game still played on this computer? Either way, this guy almost looks cute now, if he weren't so much trouble!

...wonder if he's related to Sableye? Look at those gems he has for eyes! XD
