If this isn't a cat, I don't know what is and I entirely loved it. I wonder how long fuzz decided to lay like this for kitpaint?
But isn't this ink work just amazing? That cat looks so fuzzy and I enjoy how the detail on the cat was designed. Aah, I just want to rub that fur so much! Doesn't it seem like there'd be such a perfect feeling under the fingers?

Oooh, a pretty little black cat, at least as Kitpaint wrote on her page. This one  looks so very furry, doesn't it? And how did the fuzzball allow for the sketch without demanding the payment in all pets? (I mean, it's very fast to take a photo, but it's quite fun to imagine the kitty sitting there like has to happen for painters.) I really enjoy this piece, excellent work!

Lion Cub in Pen

So I love the shadow under this lion cub. Temporarily, it made me think of grass under it but...wouldn't that just be right anyway? And, like the first cat drawing in this feature, there certainly seems to be a lovely amount of texture on this piece. I wonder how long it took to learn that skill?
Amazing work all around, I love it!

AnnBirb's Art Stuff

So...I spoke last time about the bird possibly being finished but it absolutely couldn't be done without proper shadows, could it? Even I couldn't talk myself out of it. XD But now that it's properly finished, I feel so pleased, so relieved.

This will be put on the Art page the day this posts. But be certain that I'm going to have some fun with Minecraft and Sims 4. Will try to share everything when it's done! 💖

Also, before I leave, I want to share these links again. I used a new watercolor brush for this piece; SimzArt shows how to create the brush on Clip Studio Paint. (I'm more than sure that it can be mimicked with other programs!)

AnnBirb's Art Stuff

Finally! Finally had the brain to paint the pen and pen holder! The colors may be mixing a bit with the tablet but...can't wait to have the mind to paint the shadows. (As I should have when I painted AnnBirb. XD) It'll happen when my head's less mixed up.

It's been pretty fun to play with the watercolor brush that was created for this. I can definitely see me using it again! In case you missed it a couple weeks ago, SimzArt has three videos that shows how to create this brush on clip studio:

In theory, it shouldn't be too hard to mimic this brush for other programs if you're interested. And who knows; if you know more about watercolor painting than I do, maybe you can make it behave even more like how a watercolor brush does? Whatever you do, have plenty of fun with it all!

I have so fallen in love with this watercolor brush! Look at what it's managed to do so far!...also, I was unaware that AnnBirb has purple on those feathers. The color's so pretty together!

SimzArt has a few videos that can show how to create a watercolor texture brush in Clip Studio. Maybe the other programs can make a similar brush if you like to use "watercolor" digitally?

Linework is finally finished. Anything touched up later, if at all, will be quite small so I'm posting it today as done!

And of course if I paint later it will be a burst of insanity. I'm tired of looking at it. XD

AnnBirb before Art Stuff

Ann Birb is coming out slowly! Personally love how those wings worked out...and now I have to figure out how to make the rest of her feathers behave. XD
Can't wait to see how it's working without the sketches behind it. Soon...so soon. 

This has been such a fun project, no matter how long I've been working on it. (Since sometime in May? XD)

Sudden art burst

I have become well known in my discord spots as a pink hummingbird. So I've decided to play around with the idea that's been bouncing around in my mind. Pink Hummingbird has been recently named AnnBirb and that begs for a little bit of drawing or sketching about her!

So far, here's what I've come up with:

She's a hummingbird so she's probably going to come up to the thin light between the tablet's buttons and she's going to be leaning back on it. Once I get that worked out properly, it'd be quite fun to draw something where the books fell backward and the tablet is in the process of sliding down. XD
And coloring all of this should be very great!

This is the first bit in a little while, too. Gosh it feels better to be actually doing something at the minute! Let's see how well all of it goes. ^^
