Master of Many Trades

This is some very interesting lettering that eriklectric has done. I don't understand any of the stuff behind the letters--is it maybe to help adjust the letters just so? It's still very interesting despite my wondering.
And wouldn't it just be amazing if the line were to be a master of many trades instead of 'master of none'? It does depend on how much focus said trade gets, too... Either way, I seriously enjoy this piece!

Tree Chopper

eriklectric based his idea from an image that ShedSimas created in 2009. I really enjoy how eriklectric put his own touch to it!
This is exactly how an axe tree would be chopped down, since we'd still require the wood. I wonder how the tree used for an axe would have been created? Would it need to be sharpened, too? And I wonder how long the metal on the axe tree would last? So much fun to keep thinking on this!

Relief Map

Loving the joke here. Doesn't the map just look a ton relieved from all the hiking and climbing that it's had to take? That the height and lows on the map just come out to be a face is perfect.
And take a look at that little bitty compass it's holding. I enjoy how well it's balanced on the map's 'hand' here. At least it won't be dropped!
