Videos page? Oh I'm trying!

Since I'm going to be posting videos from YouTube, it'll make perfect sense to put them on their own page. At least I think so! They won't be squeezed between the features and my own posts, at least.
But of course my own brain is standing in the way of how to accomplish this idea. >>;

I don't remember for my life how to make a new site to become a new page. Sheeez. It doesn't help because everything I can find is how to get a new page on the old way Blogger was working. It's going to be locked to the new set up sometime pretty soon so I hope the instructions will hurry up and straighten out.

But onto my projects!

1. I'm working on painting this picture while recording:
It'll be another video to add to my YouTube library. If only I could stick to one thing at a time, this would have been finished a lot sooner and I could just be working on the other thing! But it's still very fun to see it all come out.

2. I've already shown this one before, right?

My apologies for posting the same thing twice. I've just been so trapped in playing an Assassin's Creed game that a friend gave me. Why did no one tell me how good that series is? It's eaten so many hours of my time...
Hm. To be fair, even if someone had told me how good it is, I probably wouldn't have had a computer willing to play it. You don't have to have a "gaming" computer to play them! Just don't buy the cheapest computers in the world and things will be just fine.

Edit:
Thanks to Ace Edmonds for his help getting my Videos page up and running! He was able to figure out what made the most sense for the idea that I was trying to put together and helped me get everything set up for it.
I linked to his blog Dream Classier there at his name. Go check his blog and everything!

Tre and Streaming Bothers

Someone's noticed something I forgot to do on this picture--I got too occupied and forgot to add in the brighter hues for the face looking left and the one looking forward. This will not be too hard an edit, it's just having to go back to that bit when there's plenty of little things to adjust!

Edit: Nov 30

How about a useful tip when recording? Make sure that you've adjusted OBS (or whatever your recorder is) to be recording and not just streaming. You'll be able to decide your moves just as quickly either way, don't get me wrong, it'll just delay having something to put on youtube yet again.
Maybe I'd be wise to just finish poking around the small bits and try to record painting the full bodies for youtube.

All and all, I'm happy with how it is at the moment; silly complaints aside.

I also give up with Picarto.tv for the moment.
Can't really figure out what I did with OBS to cause it but, the past few livestreams have been jittery and blocky on that site. (If it's OBS at all and not something else.) Plus it makes my computer run so hard for whatever reason.
Not getting those problems on Twitch.tv, though; so I think I'll move any other streaming/recording operations there. I'll leave a link to it on my Contact page.

If Blender was just that much easier...

I've been practicing with it! I can bring up the screens that I need and can just about get any recording into it. Going to have to watch the example my friend made to see how to get music and everything again, once I have the nerve to record more than a few seconds at a time.
OBS studio's been doing what it's supposed to as well. Have finally gotten it onto Picarto.tv for eventual livestreaming and have been dabbling in actual recording for that long unused Youtube account. I'll be sure to set something up to link here if a recording makes it there.

Tell you what. When OBS is active, it's like I've got a little more focus into what I'm trying to work on. There aren't so many of those wait times in deciding to do something and it's kinda nice--did the whole of the Tre grayscale with it up. It was the fastest thing I'd ever done! Usually, I'm much more specific on how and what to do; that it came out well was the most surprising thing.
Maybe painting it will be more of the same, once I've chosen the colors.

I've also decided that I'm not going to fully reline Find the Way. While I'd like to fix Jesse's pose and Valeon's face, I'm far too lazy for that. Especially when I'm already working on Tre! So I'm just going to grayscale and repaint FtW at some point. It's driving me crazy how flat everything is now that I've done better!

(...Here's hoping that these links won't break my site again. Last time I tried this, something didn't work at all and I never did figure out why. Had to remove the links to make the viewer end of this page come up right!)

Anyway! Plans are set and now I've said this for the public to see, it means that it should happen!
