Feature 109--DCA-Photography

Field of Tranquility

I would love to lay in this field of flowers. Just being able to lay there in the quiet, surrounded only by the sounds of wind and insects! Can you just imagine being able to relax in all of this? And can you almost smell them, too?
DCA-Photography gave us a perfect field of view here, don't you agree? Super work to capture this one!

Bee-autiful

Another thing is how photographers like DCA-Photography can take photos of bees like this. Logically, I know that they don't have to be anywhere too close to it. But it's still amazing that they could be close enough to zoom in so well!
This is apparently a hoverfly; someone kindly identified it in the comments of the photo. But I'd never let logic get in the middle of a great pun, I will always respect the puns more than only cold logic (all respect to the one identifying the insect, however!).

Connection

Isn't it so pretty in this photo that we can see the dust on these butterflies' wings? I wonder how difficult it was to not startle these two while getting in position and adjusting the camera?
That effect in the background helps bring these two even closer to the view than just their orange coloring, too. I love all about this one!

These three photos were amazing, right? I fell in love with every one of them when DCA-Photography linked to them. Go straight to their gallery in the provided link and fall for the beauty as hard as I did!
