Trailer park build is based on how James Turner's video!

Have to add some trash and a truck or two, especially since the character is living in Del Sol Valley. This fake doctor chose the best place to not get called out--what are they going to do, claim him to be fake when most everyone in the town mimics other characters for whatever show they're recording for? No, of course not! 

Most amazing part of this thing is that it's only 37,863 simoleans. XD

Start of a Trailer park for a character

I started building a trailer park in Sims, based on this video by James Turner!

 

Of course, if I'm going to make three of them, I have got to choose some cheaper stuff. Right now? The price is almost entirely that stinkin stove and fridge. XD The place is in Del Sol Valley so that's a perfect spot for a character that's pretending to be a doctor.
Who is going to call him out? The actors that live in the area? Who are just as fake as my character? Nonsense! 

Because at least he has a toilet in his house build, unlike Judith Ward. XD
