Still working on him!

I'm probably making a mistake by leaving Valeon colored from an earlier project. However, I've been building the background around him--nothing more than setuplines at the second:

Still trying to decide if he needs shrank down a little more or if the tunnel needs to be a little further out, but I'm just so darn lazy on this! If anyone has comments or critique at the moment, feel free to let me know!
