That may be the wrong term. I'm thinking about those little dress up games for characters.

Funny, when I think of character builders, I'm leaning towards tabletop gaming character sheets, mostly using GURPS. But then, my characters live in the space between words and hardly ever make a visual appearance.
That's definitely a character builder. *nod* I'm just not good with games that need d20s or something like that. (Though I enjoy them!) I did probably use the wrong term for the game.
